Happy First Day of SPRING, everyone!! I LOVE Spring time! This season brings such wonderful promises of renewal. The blooming of flowers, the fresh air, and the hopes of warmer weather! All of it just makes me happy. I’ve already started thinking about my garden and what kind of vegetables I want to plant. I have even bought pots, potting soil, and I’ve been sending my kids out on missions each afternoon to sprinkle the vegetable garden with coffee grounds and egg shells to prepare the soil. 😉
With that said, there is also the inevitable Spring Cleaning that comes with this beautiful time of year! It may seem daunting, but I have developed a simple FREE step-by-step Ultimate Kitchen Spring Cleaning Guide that will help you make your kitchen sparkle again, in just 3 hours. Did I mention it is FREE?? 🙂
With this Ultimate Kitchen Spring Cleaning Guide you don’t need to feel overwhelmed or overrun with impossibility. Instead, with this step-by-step guide you can feel prepared, equipped, and ready to tackle your kitchen head on!
I just gave my kitchen this spring clean and not only did my kitchen look AH-mazing when I was done, but it really took a load of stress off my shoulders. There is just something special and refreshing about a clean kitchen. 😉
Spring Cleaning is important. At least once a year, your kitchen needs a deep clean, and so does the rest of your house. Think of it as a time to throw your hair back, put on your favorite upbeat music (I was listening to Meghan Trainor! ;)) and get some exercise in for the day! It’s really a win-win. Make sure to clear your schedule and wait until your kids are in school so you can get it all done at once. 🙂
How to Use this Ultimate Kitchen Spring Cleaning Guide:
- This Ultimate Kitchen Spring Cleaning Guide is designed to be completed in the order that it is written. I have started with the biggest jobs first (pantry and fridge) and then moved on from there.
- This guide is also designed as a top-down process. This means that you will be cleaning the highest surfaces first so that crumbs and dust can fall to the floor and then of course the floor gets cleaned last. There is nothing worse than cleaning your floors until they shine flawlessly and then wiping crumbs from your counter tops all over your nicely cleaned floor. That forces you to do double the work and let’s be honest, “ain’t nobody got time for that!”
- I definitely recommend doing the entire Spring Clean in one 3-hour sweep. That way you don’t have to re-clean the things you had cleaned the previous day. However, if you don’t have a 3-hour block of time to complete the entire Spring Clean, that’s okay! Try to break down your cleaning into 3 blocks of one hour. You will be able to finish the job, even if it’s not all perfectly clean at one time.
